Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Salesfore Developer with experience in designing, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for various industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, Apex programming, Lightning Web components (LWC), Omnistudio, Test Class, Triggers, batch classes, queueables, and schedulable Apex and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows and Omnistudio.
• Strong integrations skills with 3rd party system using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and middleware platforms.

Architecture & Technical Design

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable architecture solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions

Testing & Deployment

• Write and maintain unit tests to achieve high code coverage and maintain platform quality.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Data Management

• Manage data migration, transformation, and loading using tools such as:
  • Data Loader
  • Salesforce APIs
  • ETL tools

Security & Compliance

• Implement Salesforce security best practices including:
• Role hierarchies
• Profiles and permission sets
• Field-level security

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • C-Level Stakeholders
  • Salesforce Architects
  • Business Analysts
  • QA Engineers
  • Product Managers
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and code reviews.
