We’re currently recruiting Freelance Property Consultants with strong local know-how and a natural talent for turning leads into signed deals.
Your Role
* Manage and qualify agency-provided leads
* Advise clients on buying, selling & investment opportunities
* Conduct property viewings
* Match client needs with the right properties
* Negotiate offers and guide clients through closing
* Maintain strong client relationships
* Work closely with developers and internal teams
Your Profile
* Strong sales instinct & client-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven and performance-oriented
* Ability to work independently
* Good knowledge of the Mauritian property market
* Real estate experience preferred
* Familiarity with CRM/property tools is a plus
