Our client is a fast-growing ecosystem dedicated to high-end real estate, renovation, and interior architecture. Our group includes:

• Entity 3 – International operations, supply chain & design hub

Our ambition: deliver the most seamless, premium property experience mainly in Paris. To support our strong growth, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape, scale, and elevate our hiring across continents.

Your Mission

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle across the group. Your scope covers strategic hires (Sales, Senior Architects, Designers, Project Managers) as well as operational and technical roles (plumbers, electricians, site supervisors, craftsmen, supply chain experts).

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, identifying top talents, and acting as the first ambassador of our client’s brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build talent pools across multiple markets (France, Mauritius, international).
• Conduct discovery calls, pre-qualification interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate hiring processes with managers and founders across all entities.

2. Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Identify, target, and approach high-level candidates (Sales, Architects, Designers).
• Source and recruit operational profiles (plumbers, electricians, site managers, construction workers).
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the jungle, CV libraries, niche job boards, and proactive outreach strategies.
• Build market intelligence on compensation, mobility, and industry trends.

3. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

• Represent our client  as the first point of contact with candidates.
• Craft premium job descriptions aligned with our brand tone.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate journey from first contact to final offer.
• Promote the group’s culture, values, and unique differentiators.

4. Collaboration & Advisory

• Work with team leaders to define hiring plans and competency frameworks.
• Advise on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and selection decisions.
• Help structure internal processes and improve efficiency in ATS / CRM workflows.

5. International Recruitment & Mobility

• Manage recruitment for our client and coordinate with the Mauritian team.
• Leverage international talent pools in Europe and Mauritius
• Support relocation, mobility, and remote-friendly hiring when needed.

Required Skills & Profile

Experience & Background

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven experience recruiting a wide spectrum of roles, from white-collar to blue-collar.
• Exposure to international recruitment (Europe, Mauritius, Africa, or other markets).
• Track record hiring Sales, Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, or Construction professionals is a strong plus.

Core Skills

• Outstanding sourcing capabilities (Boolean search, headhunting, market mapping,Boolean, LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, KPIs, and hiring processes.
• Ability to switch easily between strategic and operational recruitment.

Languages

• French: Excellent / Native-level writing & speaking (mandatory).
• English: Fluent, comfortable recruiting abroad.

Soft Skills

• High level of autonomy, initiative, and ownership.
• Strong interpersonal intelligence and cultural adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitments in parallel.
