THE I-CARE PROCESS
1. Understanding your needs
Our team understands the complexities and challenges that come with aging. That’s why I-CARE is proud to offer personalized care that’s easily accessible. You can get started immediately with a phone call to your local office, where a team member will first listen to your needs and then advise you about our care options. We ensure a seamless scheduling process for your calls and meetings, providing a dignified and adaptable care experience for you and your loved ones from start to finish.
2.In person Meeting
Following your initial phone call, a dedicated care manager will arrange an in-home assessment to meet all involved parties and meticulously design a personalized care plan for your loved one. Our compassionate and knowledgeable care managers will expertly guide you through the process of receiving care from I-Care.
3.Start anytime you want
You’re in control of the schedule with I-CARE. Start and stop care at your convenience. As our customers are self-pay, there’s no insurance paperwork to delay the process. We can set a care date right after your initial meeting! You have the freedom to cancel your agreement with i-care at any time; we simply request a 24-hour notice.
4. We start taking care
Our care manager will accompany your caregiver during the first care visit to ensure a smooth start. Following this initial visit, you and your loved ones will be in capable hands with our friendly, supportive, and professional caregivers.
