Client Support Manager Full Time Work from home

You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and executing loyalty strategy initiatives in alignment with the company’s global customer success and business development goals. This role combines client-facing account management, project execution, and operational coordination—including complaint resolution and technical support oversight.

· Manage and grow relationships with designated clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

· Drive business expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.

· Understand client business needs and propose strategic loyalty solutions that align with Giift’s offerings.

· Lead client presentations, reviews, and strategy sessions.

· Translate global CSM strategies into actionable plans for local clients.

· Support the execution of loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

· Assist in P&L analysis and development of operational plans for client accounts.

· Monitor KPIs and report on account performance.

· Double up as a Project Manager during implementation phases.

· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project delivery and alignment with client requirements.

· Translate documentation and client needs for cross-functional and French-speaking teams where necessary.

· Act as a liaison between the client, internal support, and category teams to resolve operational issues.

· Handle client and customer complaints in collaboration with global support and operations teams.

· Provide proactive communication to prevent escalations

The company Headquarters are based in in India and specialises in banking, insurance, loyalty rewards, marketing campaign, customer acquisition among other services

Customers/ Leads are mostly in Africa : kenya, Senegal, Ghana, Cameroon : to contact remotely with calls and 3 clients in Mauritius.

Required Profile :

• 4-5 years of experience in sales and account management,
• based in MUR but might be required to travel,
• bilingual both written and spoken,
• well-versed with Powerpoint

Remuneration :

• Basic : Salary 900 USD (approx. Rs 35k – Rs 40k MUR per month)
• Bonus : 1 performance bonus, and 2 evaluation bonus (customer feedback bonus) per year

Working hours : 9h-17h, adaptable as depending on countries
